Rub generously and allow to rest for at least an hour.

Roasts

Rub generously, rest overnight and roast slowly. Great for the slow cooker!

 

Chicken

Rub chicken with olive oil, then season. Works well in the oven, too!

Ribs

Season generously, rest overnight, then smoke or grill and serve with your favorite barbecue sauce.

 

Salmon

Coat salmon lightly with maple syrup, then season and grill.
